Lack of Communication

I have purchased this app several times and there is no contact letting you know the time chosen has ended. I did three months last time and I cannot find the date I purchased anywhere.

Also I have an iPod and iPhone but whenever I purchase the app it does not go to both devices like Time Passages and LeoKing do.

I am not sure if I will get it again.
