In general I like the app but it is So disappointing that the monthly forecast is ALWAYS late. Very unprofessional. We are paying for this!!! Your customers deserve better. Now on the plus side Susan is Very accurate with spot on predictions. But please give forecast on holidays under the special dates - dont just give the name of the holiday because we already know that. And stop being late as this is very rude to your paying customers. You are asking for payment in advance and then withhold the product. I wish I could give a higher rating but the issue of not getting what I have paid for is a real problem. It is now July 7th and the monthly is still not up. You should be giving us a partial discount or rebate. Customer service is of no assistance when complaints are issued. I think this will be my very last paid subscription I do hope Susan gets well soon and perhaps hires staff that can truly help her deliver the forecasts on time. Most professional astrologers have their forecasts written many months in advance. Perhaps it would be more fair if she actually suspended the monthly service for a while and got caught up that way we wouldnt be paying money for something we are not getting.
